Drainage Master LLC responded very quickly to the call and had a dispatch come within 30 minutes of calling. Joseph was very professional and did very clean work l. He even took time to explain procedure step by step to us. The price is very reasonable for the amount of work he put in. Definitely recommend for your plumbing issues. I want to say that Drainage Masters is an EXCEPTIONAL company. This is the landlord for the comment below by Samiaya. Her review is definitely rage bait and misleading. What she didnt mention was that this was the 2nd service call that mgmt had for the same plumbing issue- throwing wipes down the toilet. For the first issue, it cost us over $3000 in damages that we absorbed. We are a small business and cannot continue to bleed money so we passed along the service charge for the second issue. Throughout it all, Drainage Master has be quick to respond, very communicative and helpful with recommendation.
I will continue to praise this great company for their efficiency, effectiveness and value which is definitely lowest in the market.

We had a man saw line clogged at nighttime. We tried to call. Nobody wanted to come finally we contacted the drainage master I’ll see they came really quick.
